The Artisan homes were built in 2003, and offer semi-custom and custom floor plans. Today there are 50 custom luxury estates. Lot sizes are between half an acre to three quarters of an acre. Models are named after artists like Van Gogh and the community was built by the Ministrelli Development.

Rancho Mirage is a resort city that is located between Cathedral City and Palm Desert. It’s part of Riverside County and one of nine cities in Coachella Valley. After a merger that included Mirage Cove and five areas called the Cove communities, Rancho Mirage was incorporated in 1973. The Cove included Desert, Tamarisk, Thunderbird, and Magnesia.
